Premix Bezea Top Meringue is a special powdered mix to create the classic Italian meringue.
Made from dehydrated egg white with high stabilising power and very easy to use.
Recommended for making Italian meringues, decorative flambé meringues, butter creams, mousses, Bavarian creams etc.

Ingredients: sugar, maltodextrin, powdered egg whites (7.5%), thickening agent E401.May contain traces of GLUTEN, SOY, POWDER, POTATOES, NUTS and SULFITES.
