Description
The only powdered mirror glaze mix that gives the same results as the prepared one. One product to create multiple glazes. Easy to use (virtually impossible to go wrong), no need to add other ingredients, just water... easier than that! In addition, Mirror Mirror icing can be coloured with powdered or gel food colouring and can be flavoured with cocoa, chocolate and flavouring pastes. With 300 g of The One Glaze i78 powder, you get 500 g of mirror glaze ready to use.
How to use:
1. Pour 300g of The One Glaze i78 and 240g of water.
2. Blend with a hand blender.
3. Heat until boiling.
4. Add concentrated paste or colour.
5. Use at 40°C on cold cakes, semifreddo, mousse or Bavarian.
Ingredients: dextrose, glucose syrup, corn starch, food gelatine, modified corn starch, thickening agents: sodium carboxymethylcellulose, xanthan gum.
