Thermostable milk chocolate (min.26% cocoa).
Their special composition makes them perfect for any kind of addition before baking for muffins, cookies, croissants, cakes, bread, Pandoro and Panettone.
Dimensions: 1 x 1 x 0.5 cm
Package: 2.5 kg.
Ingredients: sugar, milk powder, cocoa butter, cocoa paste, whey, emulsifiers: soya lecithin, natural vanilla extract.
Transport above 25°C may cause melting of chocolate and bloom (white deposits). The changes are aesthetic and do not affect the quality of the product.
