Concentrated paste for ice cream and confectionery, with Crema All' uovo/Custard Cream flavour, 3 kg.

Added to the bases, before processing in ice-cream machines, it helps to obtain an ice-cream with a unique flavour and a taste that will never be ordinary.

Dosage: 70 g / kg mixture.

Ingredients: glucose syrup, egg yolks (28%), sugar, flavourings, emulsifier: E471 mono and diglycerides of fatty acids,

antioxidant: E307 alpha-tocopherol.
