Pistachio Bresilienne has a wonderful crunchy texture made from toasted and crumbled pistachios, caramelised into a golden, tasty, crunchy golden deliciousness.

You can sprinkle them over tempered chocolate, before hardening, to create lovely, crunchy chocolates.
Mixed in hot chocolate, gianduja or hazelnut paste, Pistachio Bresilienne Pistachio Bresilienne stay crunchy and add a pleasant sensation to confectionery. You can also sprinkle them on top of desserts and pastries, ice-cream and bakery products. When mixing into cream-based components - such as chocolate mousse, creams, sauces - apply just before serving to prevent the pistachios from softening and help them stay crunchy.
