Description
Device for the formation, with high productivity, of "Cookies" or "Brutti ma buoni" ("Urati ma buoni") type biscuits, made of doughs with a mixture of tempered chocolate or cocoa butter and the addition of expanded rice, almond pieces, nuts, hazelnuts, raisins, other dried fruits; other types of fatty doughs.
It is the ideal tool for quickly forming these types of products directly on baking trays.
The device is made of resistant plastic material and consists of:
- 1 high frame without base
- 2 perforated plates - Ø 30 - 40 mm
- 1 scraper
