Description
The Pallinatore device for forming balls from soft dough or other types of fat-containing pasta is the ideal tool for the rapid production of various types of small spherical-shaped, sweet or savoury products.
Examples of products that can be formed with this Device:
- Marzipan balls or sugar pastes,
- Cake Pops,
- Various sweet or savoury products made from soft dough...
It can also be used for portioning and round moulding of small products made of soft dough.

To obtain spherical products and for correct use, proceed as follows:
- roll out the dough to a thickness of 1.8 cm;
- position the cutting grid on top of the dough (for 1.8 cm cutting 50GD0018) and engrave or cut the dough with a ROTAPINOX5P extensible knife or a knife;
- Work the strips individually and form uniform cylinders; Stabilise if necessary the dough by bringing it to the most suitable temperature for processing;
- Position the obtained phases on the base of the device, in the opposite direction to the length of the channels;
- make two/three halves of rotation for a complete moulding of the balls, using the knob positioned on the right side
of the machine. To remove the balls, make a fourth rotation.
