Description

Complete device for making Cremino or other types of chocolate ganache products.

The device contains:

  • Polyethylene base
  • Plastic scraper
  • 2 Copper with dimensions: - 36 x 36 cm x H 5 mm
  • 2 Copper with dimensions:- 36 x 36 cm x H 3 mm

Device dimensions: 36 x 36 cm

How to work with the device:

  1. It is recommended to use a sheet of Acetophan (acetate) or a silicone mat at the base before fixing the first frame and spreading the first layer of chocolate.
  2. Attach the first frame to the base of the device and create the first layer of product by pouring the first layer of chocolate compound into the first layer.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly inside the frame using a plastic spatula.
  4. Place in cold (positive temperature) and wait until the first layer solidifies.
  5. Add a new frame and pour in the second layer of product.
  6. Proceed as for the first layer and add other frames according to the thickness/height of the product you want to obtain.
  7. Once the layers have been created and the product is completely solidified, remove the frames from the product, before doing so, taking care to pass the fine blade of a knife inside and along the 4 sides of the product to detach the product from the frames.

It can also be washed in a washing machine and requires no maintenance other than cleaning after each use.
