Description
Complete device for making Cremino or other types of chocolate ganache products.
The device contains:
- Polyethylene base
- Plastic scraper
- 2 Copper with dimensions: - 36 x 36 cm x H 5 mm
- 2 Copper with dimensions:- 36 x 36 cm x H 3 mm

How to work with the device:
- It is recommended to use a sheet of Acetophan (acetate) or a silicone mat at the base before fixing the first frame and spreading the first layer of chocolate.
- Attach the first frame to the base of the device and create the first layer of product by pouring the first layer of chocolate compound into the first layer.
- Spread the mixture evenly inside the frame using a plastic spatula.
- Place in cold (positive temperature) and wait until the first layer solidifies.
- Add a new frame and pour in the second layer of product.
- Proceed as for the first layer and add other frames according to the thickness/height of the product you want to obtain.
- Once the layers have been created and the product is completely solidified, remove the frames from the product, before doing so, taking care to pass the fine blade of a knife inside and along the 4 sides of the product to detach the product from the frames.
It can also be washed in a washing machine and requires no maintenance other than cleaning after each use.
