It has a rich flavour with a creamy and delicate texture. This ganache can be combined with other crunchy textures: Brazilian nuts, ground coffee, toasted seeds, nougatine, etc. Recommendations for use: to fill chocolate products, confectionery, pastries, bakery products, to flavour ice creams, pastry creams, mousse. Method of use: heat gently at a temperature not exceeding 35°C. Quantity: 5 kg.
