Description
Analogue machine for melting and maintaining chocolate at the desired temperature (melting or working). The casing and lid of the machine are made of heat resistant plastic material and the trays of stainless steel. Both lids and trays are removable.
The working temperature of the machine is adjustable, for each vat, by means of 2 manual thermostats (analogue).

Attention! By activating the thermostat you will programme the working temperature of the machine, i.e. of its heating elements, and not the temperature of the chocolate in the vat; this must be checked with a thermometer. The thermostat programming value must therefore always be a few degrees higher than the desired temperature for the chocolate!
If the machine is not in stock, it can be delivered to order. Method of payment: 30% deposit at the launch of the order and 70% on delivery. Delivery time: max. 2 - 3 weeks
