Description
Analogue machine for melting and maintaining chocolate at the desired temperature (melting or working). The housing and lid of the machine are made of heat resistant plastic material and the tray of stainless steel. Both lid and tray are removable.
The working temperature of the machine is adjustable by means of the manual thermostat (analogue).

Attention! By activating the thermostat you will programme the working temperature of the machine, i.e. of its heating elements, and not the temperature of the chocolate in the vat; this must be checked with a thermometer. The thermostat programming value must therefore always be a few degrees higher than the desired temperature for the chocolate!
If the machine is not in stock, it can be delivered to order. Method of payment: 30% deposit at the launch of the order and 70% on delivery. Delivery time: max. 2 - 3 weeks
