Analogue machine, Mini-Meltinchoc, for melting and maintaining chocolate at the desired temperature (melting or working), made of heat-resistant plastic material, shockproof.
The working temperature of the machine is adjustable by means of manual thermostat (analogue).
It can be used both in confectionery laboratories, for small production of pralines, figurines or chocolate decorations, icing of products on sticks, and in ice-cream parlours for decorating or icing ice-cream on sticks. With its attractive design, the machine can also be used in retail outlets, directly in front of shoppers.

Attention! By activating the thermostat you will programme the working temperature of the machine, i.e. of its heating elements, and not the temperature of the chocolate in the vat; this must be checked with a thermometer. Therefore, the thermostat programming value must always be a few degrees higher than the desired temperature of the chocolate!
