100% isomalt powder, derived from sucrose. It can be replaced with sucrose in a 1:1 ratio without changing the physical characteristics of the final product. Provides half as many calories as sucrose. Stable at high temperatures without browning (150°C.) Perfect for candy and pastry making.Ingredients: isomalt (E953), 100%.
