The product does not contain genetically modified organisms (GMO). With a high degree of purity, it can be used for colouring various types of food products, doughs or creams: semifreddo products, mousses, ice creams, whipped cream, soft dough, pastry, macarons, meringue and other confectionery products. Cannot be used for colouring chocolate or other products with a high fat content! Recommendations: Can be dissolved in water or alcohol; due to the very fine granulation, the colouring is dissolved completely and very quickly.
