The product does not contain genetically modified organisms (GMO). ABSOLUTE is a range of colourants with very intense shades. This range has been studied and specially created for artistic sugar. A very small quantity of powder is sufficient to obtain intense colours. The colourings are also ideal for Macarons, Sugarpaste, Royal Icing.... It can be used on the surface of sugar paste decorations, by brush application, pure or diluted with water, vegetable oil or food alcohol.
