Belcolade Origins Noir Vietnam 73% Cacao-Trace is a premium single-origin dark chocolate, made from Trinitario beans grown in the Mekong Delta region of Vietnam. This exotic origin offers an intense and expressive flavour profile, dominated by fruity notes and elegant acidity, characteristic of the Vietnamese terroir.
The unique Cacao-Trace fermentation process helps preserve the beans’ authentic character, bringing out vibrant aromas of citrus, exotic fruits and delicate coffee, complemented by warm notes of wood and roasted cocoa.
