GELATO 6K T-Mobile I-Green has been developed for restaurants, caterers, bakeries, patisseries, cafes, small dairy businesses, ice-cream laboratories.
Advantages:
- It is possible to produce about 1.75 kg of ice cream every 12/15 minutes for an hourly production of about 7 kg;
- In manual mode, compressor and paddle operation are independent. The storage function can be switched on only if necessary;
- An electronic device stops the paddle when the consistency of the preparation is excessive, thus avoiding compromising the mechanical functions of the machine;
- The cooling system will continue to operate until manually switched off;
- Automatic mode, allows the choice of one of the 4 available production programmes (classic Italian gelato, semi-soft gelato, granita, quick cooling) and 4 storage programmes for each type of production;
- With this operating mode you will not have to worry about anything, once the selections are made and the ice-cream machine is switched on, it produces the ice-cream and automatically switches to the desired storage mode;
- The green "heart", emphasised by the design, allows the machines to operate in an environmentally friendly way, more efficiently, saving electricity and respecting the environment.
