Microperforated non-stick mat, made of impregnated fibreglass and coated with food silicone on both sides. Carpet dimensions: 52 x 31.5 cm Resistant to temperatures between: - 40 + 280 gr C. Thanks to its main quality, non-stick, these mats are ideal for use on flat trays 60 x 40 cm, both for baking and freezing products. The presence of micro-holes all over the surface of the mat contributes to a better and uniform distribution of heat or cold air to the products on the trays.Details
