Description

Microperforated non-stick mat, made of impregnated fibreglass and coated with food silicone on both sides. Carpet dimensions: 38,5 x 28,5 cm Resistant to temperatures between: - 40 + 280 gr C. Due to its main quality, non-stick, these mats are ideal for use on flat trays, both for baking and freezing. The presence of micro-holes all over the surface of the mat contributes to a better and uniform distribution of heat or cold air to the products on the trays.
