SPRAY VELVET - Lilac Food Colouring, 250 ml

Description

Food Colouring, i78 Velvet Spray, cocoa butter-based, ideal for coating modern confectionery products.
This spray colouring creates a velvet-effect finish.

Capacity: 250 ml

Usage:

• The spray colouring must be kept at a temperature of 20–25°C for at least 2 hours before use. If this is not possible, it can be warmed in a hot water bath.
• Shake the tube well before use.
• The product to which this dye is applied must be as cold as possible, between -18°C and a maximum of 2°C.
• Spray a thin, even layer of dye onto the surface of the frozen product from a distance of approx. 15–20 cm at regular intervals.
• Rotate the product constantly whilst spraying with Velvet Spray to ensure even distribution across its surfaces.
• Clean the spray nozzle with hot water immediately after you have finished spraying!
• The products to which it is applied must be frozen or very well chilled! Only then will you achieve the velvety effect on the surfaces!
