SPRAY Orange - Fat Soluble Food Colour without E171, 100 ml

Description

Spray-type, E171-free, fat soluble food colouring agent for colouring the surfaces of modern confectionery products.

Colour: Orange.
Azo Tub Spray - 100 ml.
Ingredients: ethanol, colourants: E102, E129

Ideal for the surface colouring of various types of products: fats, chocolate, marzipan, biscuits, waffles, pastry, artistic sugar (drawn), sugar pastes, semifreddo products, mousses, ice cream...
It can be sprayed on finished products or on decorations made of sugar paste or chocolate, colouring them perfectly, without wetting the product, with a pearly effect.
Can also be applied inside the cavities of chocolate moulds.

Instructions for use:

• Shake the tube well before use.
• Spray a thin and homogeneous layer of the colourant on the surfaces, from a distance of about 15 cm and at regular intervals.
• Do not over-spray to avoid the risk of getting unwanted stains on the product surfaces!
• Allow the first coat to dry before spraying a new coat of colourant!
• Clean the spray nozzle with warm water immediately after spraying!
