Food Colouring Food Colour Spray, for colouring the surfaces of modern confectionery products.

Colour: Pearl Gold
Spray tube - 50 ml.
Ingredients: ethanol, colourant: E172, propellant: E943a, E943b, E944. May contain traces of milk, soya and sulphites.

Ideal for surface colouring of various types of products: fats, chocolate, marzipan, biscuits, waffles, pastry, artistic sugar, sugar pastes, semifreddo products, mousses, ice cream...
It can be sprayed on finished products or on sugar paste or chocolate decorations, colouring them perfectly, without wetting the product, with a metallic effect.

Instructions for use

• Shake the tube well before use.
• Spray a thin and homogeneous layer of the colourant on the surfaces from a distance of about 15 cm and at regular intervals.
• Do not over-spray to avoid the risk of getting unwanted stains on the product surfaces!
• Allow the first coat to dry before spraying a new coat!
