Description
Professional ice-cream mould made of food-grade silicone.
The kit consists of:
- 2 moulds, made of silicone, each made up of 8 cavities of 82 ml each, fitted with a slot for fitting the sticks
- 50 sticks
Cavities dimensions: Ø 7 x H 2.3cm
Cavity volume: 82 ml
Total volume: 164 ml
The mould is highly non-stick, guaranteeing perfect product extraction from the cavities.
The silicone moulds produced by Silikomart are ideal for sweet or savoury, baked or frozen products.
The moulds withstand temperatures ranging from - 60°C to + 230°C.
Tips for using silicone moulds:
1.Do not use sharp objects to clean them or to extract the products!
2. Do not place or expose the mould directly on fire sources or directly on hobs!
3. Do not use harsh detergents or rinsing solutions when washing them
4. Can be used in the dishwasher
