Description
Professional ice-cream mould made of food-grade silicone.
The kit consists of:
- A mould, made of silicone made of 3 cavities of 45 ml each, provided with a slot for mounting the sticks
- 50 sticks
Cavities dimensions: 6.7 x 5.5 x H 1.8 cm
Cavity volume: 45 ml
The mould has a high degree of non-stick properties which guarantees a perfect extraction of the products from the cavities.
The silicone moulds produced by Silikomart are ideal for making sweet or savoury, baked or frozen products.
The moulds withstand temperatures ranging from - 60°C to + 230°C.
Tips for using silicone moulds:
- Do not use sharp objects to clean them or to extract the products!
- Do not place or expose the mould directly on fire sources or directly on hobs!
- Do not use any aggressive detergents or rinsing solutions when washing.
- Can be used in the dishwasher
