This innovative product has been developed by Pavoni Italia together with the Master Pastry Chef, Cédric Grole, to create special products, not only in terms of flavour but also in terms of presentation.
The micro-perforations allow an optimised heat transfer to the product, the baking is perfect and uniform.
For optimum heat transfer to the products and perfect baking, the use of perforated trays is recommended.
The mould has a high degree of non-stick properties which guarantees perfect extraction of the products from the cavities after baking.
Tips for using the micro-perforated silicone moulds:
- Do not use sharp objects to clean it or to extract the products!
- Do not place or expose the mould directly on fire sources or directly on hobs!
- Do not use aggressive detergents or rinsing solutions when washing!
