Cavities shape: Square Number of cavities: 48 Shape dimensions: 60 x 40 cm Cavity dimensions: 4.5 x 4.5 x h 1.6 cm Cavity volume: approx. 27 ml This innovative product was developed by Pavoni Italia together with the Master Pastry Chef, Leonardo di Carlo, to create special products, not only in terms of taste but also in terms of presentation. The micro-perforations allow an optimal transfer of heat to the product, baking it perfectly and evenly. For optimum heat transfer to the products and perfect baking, the use of perforated trays is recommended. The mould has a high degree of non-stick properties which guarantees perfect extraction of the products from the cavities after baking. Do not use sharp objects for cleaning or to extract the products! 3. Do not place or expose the mould directly on fire sources or directly on hobs! 4. Do not use aggressive detergents or rinsing solutions when washing!
