Vegetable based icing, with cold use and cold application. A product stable over time and ready for use at any time, no preparation of any kind being necessary. It has various uses in icing / decorating the surface of confectionery products or filling pastry and confectionery products. It can be easily and quickly tinted by using gel or water soluble food colourants. Colour: Transparent - Azo Free Quantity: 1 Kg Instructions for use: 1. For Glaze: - Mix lightly with a spatula or spatula, before use, to soften and homogenise; - You can add gel or water-soluble colouring to obtain a coloured glaze; - Apply a layer of product with a spatula on the surface of the products, cold (without heating it), and you will obtain a glossy glaze. Being a very stable glaze, it has an important role in the final appearance of the product: - it protects the top of the products, keeping the fresh appearance for longer; - when applied over the fruit, it preserves the natural colour and appearance of the fruit; - a gloss and shine / transparent glass effect is obtained on the applied surfaces. 2.
