It can be used on: figures or decorations made of chocolate, marzipan, pastillage or sugar pastes; artistic sugar (drawn) works; semifreddo products, mousses, cakes...
Can also be applied inside the cavities of chocolate moulds.
Instructions for use:
The colourant is applied using the bottle; it works with a mechanical air pump.
The container does not contain any type of gas.
