E171-free food colouring, very fine and sparkling powder, in bottle with air pump. Colour: Golden. Bottle with air pump - 10 gr. It can be sprayed on finished products, decorations or surfaces of modern confectionery or chocolate products, giving them a touch of brightness. It can be used on: figures or decorations made of chocolate, marzipan, pastillage or sugar pastes; artistic sugar (drawn) works; semifreddo products, mousses, cakes... It can also be applied inside the cavities of chocolate moulds. Instructions for use: the colouring agent is applied using the bottle; it works with a mechanical air pump. The container does not contain any type of gas.
