Royal Icing - Premix White colour. Weight: 2000 gr. Great taste and flavour. This premix is very versatile because, depending on the amount of water used, you can make a more consistent or more fluid composition. Royal Icing is used for fine decorations on cakes, cupcakes, biscuits or other desserts, using specific techniques. It can be mass coloured using water-soluble gel or powder food colourants. The decorations made with Royal Icing can be tinted by applying on their surface: - powdered food colouring, using decorating brushes; - powdered or gel food colouring, diluted with a little food alcohol, water or oil (depending on the type of colouring chosen), using decorating brushes; - liquid, water-soluble or fat-soluble food colouring, using an airbrush.
