The automatic round moulding machine completes the dough shaping process by forming fast and uniform balls, ready for shaping.

Technical features and advantages:

• The internal spiral is made of Teflon-coated aluminium to obtain perfectly round dough balls;

Recommendations:

• Keep the temperature of the processed dough between 17°C and 24°C.
• For dough with high hydration, it is recommended to cool the dough below 17°C.
• It is recommended for processing dough that is not doughy.
