How to use:
1. Recipe for tart dough (400 g of product makes a 24-26 cm diameter tart). Pour the contents into a container and add 160 g cold butter, cut into pieces. Mix for 4 minutes on low speed. Add 60 g of the eggs and mix for 30 seconds on medium speed until you have a compact dough. Roll out the dough and leave in the fridge for half an hour. Put the mixture in the mould. Preheat the oven to 160˚C and bake for 17-20 minutes just the dough or 30-35 minutes for the tart.
2. Recipe for biscuits (400 g of product makes 35 biscuits of 20 g each): Pour the contents into a bowl and add 225 g of cold butter, cut into pieces, 60 g of powdered sugar and 4 g of baking powder. Mix for 4 minutes on low speed. Roll out the dough and shape the biscuits. Heat the oven to 170˚C and bake for 10 minutes.
