PreGel Topping specialities are high quality liquid sauces containing over 30% fruit. These products can be kept at room temperature and are versatile, perfectly suited not only for ice-cream but also for garnishing other types of confectionery such as mousses, semifreddo desserts and drinks.
Ingredients: glucose syrup, amarena cherries (30%), sugar, acidifier: E330 citric acid, stabiliser: E407 carrageenan, flavourings, preservative: E202 potassium sorbate, certified colouring: E122 Azorubine.
E122: May have an adverse effect on children's activity and attention.
