PreGel Topping specialities are high quality liquid sauces containing over 30% fruit. These products can be kept at room temperature and are versatile, perfectly suited not only for ice cream, but also for garnishing other types of confectionery such as mousses, semifreddo desserts and drinks.
Ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup, raspberries (30%), acidifier: E330 citric acid, stabiliser: E407 carrageenan, flavours, preservative: E202 potassium sorbate, certified colouring: E122 Azorubine.
E122: May have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
