Description

Chitara - Horizontal portioning device with 1 cutting grid.
Simple and fast in use, the device is designed for accurate portioning of various types of products: Ganache, Cremino, Marzipan, semifreddo products, products with cream and other added fillings.
Thanks to the use of cutting grids with short wires, with a higher mechanical resistance, this device can also portion products with high hardness or even frozen products.
Portioning with this device is realised by manually operating a handwheel that pushes the work surface, which supports the product, towards the cutting grid.

- closed: 73 x 103 x h 30 cm
- open: 73 x 167 x h 30 cm
Useful size of the cutting plane: 60 x 60cm
Width of the cut pieces: 1; 1.5; 2; 2.5; 3; 3.5; 4; 5 and 6 cm, depending on the cutting grids used.
The device contains and is delivered with:
- Device base;
- 1 Stainless steel plate for product handling;
- 1 Plastic scraper;
- 2 Wrenches for replacing/fixing the cutting wires.
Thecutting gridsare made of stainless steel and are purchased separately - see Options!
The system of fixing the grids on the device favours a quick and easy mounting/removal.
