Chitara - Vertical portioning device.
Simple and fast in use, the device is designed for accurate portioning of various types of products: Ganache, Cremino, Marzipan, semifreddo products, products with cream and other added fillings... Thanks to the use of short wire cutting grids with higher mechanical strength, this device can also portion chilled products.
Portioning with this device is realised by manually actuating a handwheel that pushes the work surface, which supports the product, towards the cutting grid.

Useful size of cutting surface: 40 x 38 cm
Width of the cut pieces: 1.5; 2.5; 3; 3.7; 4.5 cm, depending on the cutting grids used.
The system of fixing the Grids on the device favours a quick and easy mounting / removal.
