The Hope praline, created by Anna Gerasi, is inspired by the Kaleidoscope concept, aiming to render the distinctive features of the GEN Z generation, the main theme of the World Chocolate Masters competition in 2022, in which Anna Gerasi participated as a competitor and placed 4th, being the only woman to reach the final.
Anna Gerasi is a multi-passionate entrepreneur who runs the historic Piccinelli patisserie in Brescia, which she runs with her brother.
