Description

A line of moulds born from the collaboration between Martellato and an internationally renowned baker to create VIP pralines. Each mould tells a true story inspired by the country, culture and personality of the Patissier. In this case, the Mount polycarbonate mould, signed by Philip Khoury, was inspired by the mountains of Lebanon. Mould dimensions: 27.5 x 17.5 cm Mould contains: 24 cavities Praline models: Mount Praline dimensions: 3.2 x 3.2 x H 2.3 cm Finished product weight: 9 gr.
