Added to the bases, before processing in ice-cream machines, it helps to obtain an ice-cream with a unique flavour and a taste that will never be ordinary.
Dosage: 80 g / kg mixture.
Ingredients: sugar syrup (sugar, water), glucose syrup, stabiliser: sorbitol syrup E420ii, mascarpone cheese powder, coffee, burnt sugar, flavours, modified starch, skimmed milk powder, acidifiers: citric acid E330, hydrochloric acid E507.
