Professional ice-cream mould made of food-grade silicone.

The kit consists of:

• 2 moulds, made of silicone, each consisting of 8 cavities of 38ml each
• A transparent polycarbonate tray, suitable to hold both moulds
• 100 sticks

Cavities dimensions: 6.9 x 3.8 x H 1.8 cm
Cavity volume: 38 ml

The mould is highly non-stick, which guarantees a perfect extraction of the products from the cavities. The silicone moulds produced by Silikomart are ideal for sweet or savoury, baked or frozen products.
The moulds withstand temperatures ranging from - 60°C to + 230°C.

Tips for using silicone moulds:

• Do not use sharp objects to clean them or to extract the products!
• Do not place or expose the mould directly on fire sources or directly on hobs!
• Do not use any aggressive detergents or rinsing solutions when washing.
• Can be used in the dishwasher.
