MiniChitara - Vertical portioning device, with 1 cutting grid.
Simple and quick to use, the device is designed for accurate portioning of various types of products: ganache, cremino, marzipan, semifreddo, pandispan, other soft products.
Dimensions Device: 44 x 32 x h 13cm
Useful size of cutting base: 24 x 24 cm.
Width of cut pieces, with the supplied grid: 1,5 cm.
The device contains and is delivered with:
- Base made of food-grade plastic material;
- 1 Standard cutting grid, width of cut pieces: 1,5cm;
- 1 Stainless steel plate;
- 1 Plastic scraper;
- 3 Stainless steel wires 0,6 mm (spare) for cutting grid;
- 2 Wrenches for replacing/fixing the cutting wires.
The Cutting Grid is made of stainless steel.
The system of fixing the Grids on the device favours a quick and easy mounting/removal.

Advantages:
Designed for small production capacities, this device is ideal for confectionery laboratories, restaurants, ice-cream parlours, chocolate shops.
Due to its small dimensions, the device can be kept in small spaces and used only when necessary.
It can also be sanitised in the washing machine.
The device cannot be used for portioning frozen products, chocolate bars, hard doughs in general!
