Description
Microperforated non-stick mat, made of impregnated fibreglass coated with food-grade silicone on both sides.
Dimensions: 47.5 x 27.5 cm
Compatible with GN 1/1 trays / trays
Resistant to temperatures between: - 40 + 280 gr C.
Thanks to its main quality, non-stick, these mats are ideal for use on flat trays, both for baking and freezing.
The presence of micro-holes all over the surface of the mat contributes to a better and uniform distribution of heat or cold air to the products on the trays.
