The micro-perforations allow an optimal transfer of heat to the product, baking it perfectly and evenly. For optimum heat transfer to the products and perfect baking, the use of perforated trays is recommended. The mould has a high degree of non-stick properties which guarantees perfect extraction of the products from the cavities after baking. Do not use sharp objects for cleaning or to extract the products! 3. Do not place or expose the mould directly on fire sources or directly on hobs! 4.
