Joypaste is a line of concentrated fruit flavoured pastes for use in ice cream and confectionery production. Thanks to the flavoured pastes, you can create any composition, enhance the taste and give colour to ice cream or confectionery. Fruit Joypaste is recommended for flavouring ice cream, mousse, cream and cakes. JoyPaste with pear flavouring that will help you to get particularly tasty creams for cakes or ice cream with a wonderful taste. Dosage for ice-cream: 80-120 g / 1 kg of composition Dosage for confectionery: 50-70 g / 1 kg of composition Flavour: Pear Quantity: 1.2 kg.
