Description
Joypaste is a line of concentrated fruit-flavoured pastes for use in ice cream and confectionery production. Thanks to the flavour pastes, you can create any composition, enhance the taste and give colour to ice cream or confectionery. Fruit Joypaste is recommended for flavouring ice-cream, mousse, creams and cakes.
Fruit JoyPaste with peach flavouring will help you to make particularly tasty creams for cakes or ice cream with a great taste.
Dosage for ice-cream: 80-120 g / 1 kg of composition
Dosage for confectionery: 60-90 g / 1 kg of the composition
Flavour: Peach
Quantity: 1.2 kg.
Ingredients: sugar, peaches 30%, glucose - fructose syrup, acidity regulator: citric acid (E330), flavourings, thickening agent : pectin (E440), colouring agent: beta carotene (E160a) and paprika extract (E160c).
