Description
Premix Panna Cotta hot process. Very easy and quick to use: you only need to add fresh cream and milk, then in a few minutes the Panna Cotta will be ready to refrigerate.
Instructions for use:
Panna Cotta premix 130 g (150 g for a higher consistency)
Fresh cream 500 g
Milk500 g
Boil the milk together with the cream,take it off the heat and add the Panna Cotta Mix stirring well with a whisk to avoid lumps. Pour the cream into the moulds and chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
For a tastier product you can prepare panna cotta with fresh cream only (PANNA COTTA MIX 130 g - Fresh cream 1000 g).
Quantity: 1 kg.
Allergens: soya, milk and milk derivatives.
Ingredients: sugar, animal gelatine (bovine), starch, thickening agent: carrageenan, flavourings. May contain traces of soya and milk. Gluten free.
