Concentrated paste for ice cream and confectionery, with Salted Peanut flavour 2.5 Kg, contains crunchy pieces of peanuts.
When added to the bases, before processing in ice cream machines, it helps to obtain an ice cream with a unique flavour and a taste that will never be ordinary.

Dosage: 120 g / kg mixture.

Ingredients: peanuts (98%), salt, emulsifier: lecithin E322, antioxidant: alpha tocopherol E307.
