Professional ice-cream mould made of food-grade silicone.

The kit consists of:

• 2 moulds, made of silicone, each made up of 4 cavities of 96 ml each, fitted with a slot for mounting the sticks
• A transparent polycarbonate support tray, suitable for holding both moulds
• 50 sticks

Cavity volume: 96 ml

The mould is highly non-stick which guarantees a perfect extraction of products from the cavities.
The silicone moulds produced by Silikomart are ideal for making sweet or savoury, baked or frozen products.
The moulds withstand temperatures ranging from - 60°C to + 230°C.

Tips for using silicone moulds:

• Do not use sharp objects to clean them or to extract the products!
• Do not place or expose the mould directly on fire sources or directly on hobs!
• Do not use any aggressive detergents or rinsing solutions when washing.
• Can be used in the dishwasher
