Professional Pavocake mould, made of food-grade platinum silicone, for 3D Cakes. Mould has 1 cavity; volume 1150 ml. Shape dimensions: Ø external 18 cm; Ø internal 3.6 cm; h 7 cm Pavocake moulds are ideal for making sweet or savoury, baked or frozen products. The moulds withstand temperatures from - 40°C to +250°C. This innovative product has been developed by Pavoni Italia together with Pastry Chef Emmanuele Forcone, to enable confectioners all over the world to create spectacular cakes, not only in terms of flavour but also in shape, with a three-dimensional effect.
