Professional Pavocake mould, made of food-grade platinum silicone, for 3D Cakes.

Pavocake moulds are ideal for making sweet or savoury products, baked or frozen.
The moulds withstand temperatures from - 40°C to +250°C.
This innovative product has been developed by Pavoni Italia together with Pastry Chef Emmanuele Forcone, to enable confectioners all over the world to create spectacular cakes, not only in terms of flavour but also in shape, with a three-dimensional effect.
The PX061 Ø16 cm Shape PX061 can be used to make discs, baked or frozen, used at the base or inserted inside the product.
